‘Sharing the Power of Flowers’ through friendly face-to-face service in all areas of the business.
Gail’s Story.
Hello there, I am Gail… specialised flower farmer and certified Horticulture Therapist. This hasn’t always been my work life – I previously worked in corporate, people leadership roles while flower farming part-time on our parcel of land in Bells Creek, on the Sunshine Coast.
In 2020 I took a couple of years off from corporate life to become a full-time flower farmer. In 2023 I returned to an off-farm office role. Talk about flexible work arrangements.
I am currently part-time flower farming, where I purposefully continue to learn, research, experiment, and challenge myself along the journey to what is Farlows’ Floriculture. I’m striving to enhance the soil, ourselves and our community by sharing my passion for restorative and sustainable agricultural practices.
I’m a big believer in the power of continuous learning through reading, listening to podcasts and connecting with other growers. Feel free to check out the Resource page below for links to helpful information that you may enjoy too.
Or, check out my flower growing course options. I would love to share my 10 years’ worth of flower growing experience with you. I guarantee I will save you from making some of the mistakes I have made. By providing practical, proven techniques for beginners to budding growers.

I believe in community.
I contribute to our local community as a volunteer garden educator at our local Community Kindergarten - encouraging the children to learn new skills, have fun, play and develop self confidence by spending time in the garden, tending plants and growing their own food.
