  1. All intellectual property rights (including copyright and trademarks) in the content and design of this website, our workshops and courses are owned by us. 

  2. You may, for personal use only, print a copy of any part of this website to view it.  All other use, copying or reproduction of any part of this website is prohibited without our prior written approval.

This is done for your convenience only.  We take no responsibility for the accuracy or currency of the information on those sites.  We do not endorse any information, goods or services referred to within those sites, and our provision of these links should not be taken as an endorsement.

Workshop Cancellations and Refunds
If you are unable to attend a workshop you’ve booked and paid for, a friend or family member is welcome to attend in your place. Please provide their name, contact details, and dietary requirements prior to the event.

  • 4 weeks’ notice or more: Full refund available.

  • Less than 4 weeks’ notice: No refund or transfer can be offered due to limited time to resell the place. A substitute attendee is welcome.

In the unlikely event that Farlows’ Floriculture needs to cancel a workshop due to illness or low enrolments, you will be offered a full refund or a transfer to another workshop of equal value.

Governing law and jurisdiction

  1. These Terms, and all related matters, shall be governed and interpreted by the laws of Queensland.

  2. Any dispute under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Queensland.

Photography & Video
Photos and/or videos may be taken during Farlows’ Floriculture workshops for marketing purposes. These may be used on our website, social media platforms, and other promotional materials.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform a Farlows’ Floriculture representative before the event begins. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
